We stand behind our GlowChiks™ IPL devices with a 90-day return window, giving you plenty of time to request a return or replacement if needed.
📦 RETURNS
To start a return, contact our support team at info@glowchiks.com. We'll evaluate your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
đź’ł REFUNDS
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. If it hasn’t appeared after this period, please get in touch with us or your bank.
Note: A 3% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to cover labor for product checks and processing.
Canceling Your Order
Changed your mind? Email info@glowchiks.com within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel.
After this timeframe, cancellations aren't guaranteed—especially during peak periods like Christmas or Black Friday. Please double-check your details before checking out.
🏡 Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We’re not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses. Email and SMS confirmations are sent to help you verify your details.
📦 Lost or Stolen Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but goes missing, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages left at your property. We recommend adding delivery instructions during checkout for safe drop-offs.
⚙️ Device Issues & Warranty
All GlowChiks™ IPL devices include a 12-month warranty to cover any functional issues from normal use.
Want extra peace of mind? You can add an extended warranty of up to 5 years when ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, personal care items like hair masks or moisturizers are non-refundable unless the packaging is damaged before delivery.
